This policy explains what information RealPersonCheck ("we", "us") handles when you visit realpersoncheck.com.

Information you type into our form

Names and profile links you enter in our search form are processed in your browser. When you continue, they may be included in the link to CheckPeopleOnline so it can start the search. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise through Microsoft Advertising and use its Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag, which uses cookies to measure visits from ads and clicks that lead to CheckPeopleOnline. Where the law requires consent, for example in the UK and the EU, we ask before setting these cookies; until you accept, the tag runs without advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the UET tag at all.

Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can turn off personalized ads at Microsoft ad settings.

Referral identifiers

When you arrive from an ad, the ad click ID (msclkid) and the search term are added to the link to CheckPeopleOnline, so it can credit us for the referral. If you allow advertising cookies, or where consent isn't required, we also keep them in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. These identifiers don't include your name or contact details.

Hosting

Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site.

CheckPeopleOnline

After you continue to CheckPeopleOnline, its own privacy policy and terms apply. We don't control how CheckPeopleOnline handles the information you give it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete personal information about you. Because we don't keep form entries or accounts, we usually hold nothing that identifies you; your cookie choice and referral identifiers are stored in your own browser and you can clear them there.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell personal information for money. Some uses of advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out using Cookie settings, the Microsoft ad settings link above or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
